Resumo da vaga de emprego acima indicada
Our Design team at Triptease is currently small - two people. We all work as product designers, responsible for research through to the delivery of solutions. The benefits of this will be the possibility of your work having impact across the whole platform and beyond.
The Role
You'll work within the Channel applications - helping hoteliers meet guest needs across their marketing channels.
You'll work with squads to uncover opportunity areas and ensure that our products and features deliver exceptional functionality while elevating the platform UI.
You'll seek to understand complex problem spaces and collaborate across multiple disciplines to deliver simple, informative and delightful interfaces that hoteliers love.
You'll share your work with your squad(s), design and leadership and be open to feedback while not shying away from expressing your own point-of-view.
You'll collaborate regularly using great communication, documentation and facilitation skills. You'll work closely with PMs, Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), and software engineers to ensure that the team is shipping great design but also involved throughout the whole design process.
Requirements
Who You Are
You have a portfolio demonstrating your whole design process for creating great user-centred design solutions.
You've worked within a tech company, preferably with SaaS/B2B/Enterprise customers. You're also experienced in working in an agile, multidisciplinary team environment.
4+ years working as a UI or product designer.
You've worked on websites and/or web applications and have a working knowledge of design systems, responsive UI patterns and have evidence of these within your portfolio.
You understand that good design is not just about aesthetics or trends but is built on top of principles and trade-offs.
You make thoughtful and intentional design decisions while always advocating for the best possible user experience.
You care a lot about UI design details but are comfortable zooming out to create a cohesive and useful overall experience.
You're creative, empathetic and capable of managing your time and work effectively.
You're passionate about design, and will share your knowledge - raising the bar for the UI design practice within Triptease.
A knowledge of the hospitality industry and experience of Figma would be a very desirable
