Turn complex concepts into clear, concise, and compelling copy based on the product voice, considering readability, and information architecture, among other things.
Write interface copy for Gympass products. Your work can include writing or supporting the content design of headlines, body copy calls to action, navigation labels, error messages, onboarding flows, FAQs, and transactional emails.
Be interested in accessibility rules and investigate how to apply them in your own copy.
Be confident of your UX knowledge and always be willing to improve. Approach conversations about usability, accessibility, and research. You understand that writing is just a small part of the job.
Be proactive and prioritize your own workload. Feel confident to make decisions and lead initiatives

Experience in UX writing, content strategy, technical writing, or any writing field that focuses on User Experience (not Marketing or Advertising)
Demonstrate analytical and focused problem-solving skills, and the ability to recommend development recommendations based on usability tests
Passionate about data visualization
Excellent communication skill is a must. You must be able to articulate ideas clearly when speaking in English
