The Role
As a UX/UI design trainee, you'll work on a variety of projects, including:
Designing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications
Conducting user research and usability testing
Prototyping and iterating on designs
Collaborating with designers, engineers and product managers
Minimum requirements
We´d Love To See
Education: Graduated with a degree in Design or a related field
Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates a good understanding of UI/UX design principles, with a focus on modern responsive design and mobile best practices.
Software: Proficient in UI-related software such as Sketch or Figma.
Animation: Basic understanding of the benefits of animation in an interface and the ability to prototype animations.
User-centered design: Basic understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility concerns, and user testing methods.
Technical understanding: Some technical/digital understanding, able to understand the potential development impacts of design decisions.
Communication: Able to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
Workload management: Able to manage their own workload with guidance and support.
