A Design Manager oversees a team of designers and guides the overall design strategy and execution within a company or organization. Their job description involves a mix of leadership, project management, and creative direction.
Team Leadership: Supervising a team of designers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their growth and ensure their work aligns with the company's goals;
Developing and implementing design strategies that align with the company's overall objectives;
